noise factory sampler 02 Features tracks from: Songs from past, present and future Noise Factory releases. This is our attempt to make people listen to music. The songs on this CD represent Noise Factory’s past, present and future sound. The label tries to represent varying styles of music that share a certain aesthetic and emotional impact. We don’t feel there is a difference between experimental electronic music and the more traditional elements of post rock. The feeling and ideas are the same but the method of expression, whether it be a lap-top or guitar or a cello, are the only variance. From the experimental electronic sounds of laptop artists, Naw, Tinkertoy and Robin Judge to the post rock instrumental sounds of Beef Terminal, KC Accidental and Broken Social Scene, the method of expression changes but the intensity of the music is shared by all. We want people to discover this music and to discover the label.
